About Us
At Equestrian Property France, we specialise in the sale of properties WITH LAND in all regions of France, principally for equestrian and leisure pursuits.

   For Horse Owners

Almost without exception, the properties we offer are located in rural settings.

Some are complete with stables, tack rooms and other equestrian facilities; others with the potential to convert an existing barn or erect a stable block.

What they have in common is that they are all aimed at those of you who are looking for the space to keep your horses on your own property.  The vastness and beauty of rural France and the favourable property prices combine to put that dream within reach.

Whether you are looking to open a riding school or simply enjoy hacking out on your own horses; whether you want a ready-made establishment, or are willing to have a little work done, we hope that you will find something to suit you on our pages.

  Business Opportunities & Projects
We also offer some properties that produce a business income.  These may be properties with one or more gites, professional gite complexes, B&Bs, fishing properties with lakes and the occasional working farm.

We also have 'blank canvas' plots of land for those who are looking for a project, and established properties earning proven holiday letting income.

Although we list these properties under the Business heading because of their earning potential, this does not mean that they are all unsuitable for horse owners.  In many cases these properties will still have the space and facilities (or potential) to support horse ownership.

We therefore list many properties under both the Equestrian and Business heading - for those of you who want to serve your visitors breakfast in the morning then ride in the afternoon (or take them with you).
