Outline planning permission has been granted for a restoration project on former garage site to the side of the house with the possibility of creating an extension or conservatory.

Traditional well to side of house with water pump that runs an irrigation system the full length of the property for vegetable beds and polytunnels. Various 300-500 litre water butts collecting roof water from drainpipes.

Next to the house is an open-fronted barn/store constructed from plastic-laminated metal sheeting on a timber frame with mezzanine floor and power for lighting etc. Behind the barn is a chicken enclosure and a lean-to workshop/firewood store measuring 5m x 3m, with both English and French electrical sockets and lighting.
