Cherry Tree Cottage – 2 double bedrooms, 3 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, and large open-plan sitting room / dining room. Sleeps 10 people and is very popular with more than one family holidaying together

Chestnut Cottage – 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bed settee. Spacious open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. Sleeps 4 people.

Owl Barn – Wheelchair friendly. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, large wetroom-type bathroom, spacious open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. Sleeps 4 – 6 people and has been specially adapted with widened doorways, frames etc for disabled people.

THE LAND

Lawns around the house and Gîtes for ease of maintenance, with the rest of the 5 hectares in one block being grass and split into 5 paddocks, surrounded by hedges and mature hardwood trees.

The land is fenced for horses and sheep with a field shelter and small hay store. Some of the fields at the moment are cut for hay by a local farmer on a strictly friendly basis, not forming any agricultural tie. There are no rights of way over the land.
