(Cherries, apples, pears, chestnuts, walnuts). 3600 small bales of superb quality hay were taken from one cut only, with there still being sufficient grazing for 9 horses.
 
There is a small stream that runs behind the house from the spring. This stream runs through some of the fields, with another small stream on one of the perimeters. There is water to some of the fields, and to most of the large barns, electricity too.
