THE CHATEAU
The chateau was extended by a major addition to the rear in 1907. Externally, the extension was built in a more rustic, less formal style, but the original grand façade still faces out across its land to the south. The present owners have carried out extensive renovation and redecoration works, including new roof, central heating and rewiring.

To the rear of the chateau is a small yard. Across from the main house is the guest apartment with garage and store rooms below. Beside these is the huge stone outbuilding housing the stables, tack room and further storage areas. To the front of the south-facing Chateau is a gravelled terrace. Down a flight of stone steps from the terrace is a walled park/garden with grass and mature trees retained by a moat flanked by two towers.
